Title: Financial Analysis and Procurement Manager
Job Purpose
The focus of this role is (1) to support the management for decision making by providing in-depth financial planning and analysis and (2) coordinate and monitor the procurement activities of the Company to optimize financial returns

Jobs & Responsibilities
1. Budget and Business Plan: drive and improve the process, with input from and coordination with other functions, consolidate and evaluate the annual financial budgets and long-term business plan
2. Rolling forecast: update monthly rolling forecast, identify the risks and opportunities and assure the achievement
3. Business Review: monitor financial performances vs budget and rolling forecast by updating management reports, analyze the variances and propose actions for improvement
4. Financial Analysis: support to sound business decisions e.g. product line profitability, capital and investment decisions, via financial modeling, project-based reporting and/or other reports.
5. SO & PO: monitor Sales orders from signing contract to outsourced services to ensure planned profitability, review
6. Procurement management: analyze major expenditures and identify key procurement areas for improvement, draft and implement procurement policies
7. Coordination of Procurement: play a key role in vendor selection, price and payment term negotiation and Capex and Opex control to achieve the cost-saving objectives while maintain required quality and service levels
8. Take up ad hoc projects and tasks delegated by CFO
Qualification and Requirement
1. Bachelor or higher degree, majored in accounting, finance, economics, management or engineering, CPA/ CGA or other professional qualifications would certainly be preferred
2. >=3 years experience in reporting, planning & analysis role in MNC. Procurement knowledge, experience or exposure is necessary
3. Solid experience in supporting business planning e.g. business plans, SWOT analysis, financial models, etc.
4. Must be a strong communicator with good business acumen and inter-personal skills, analytical-minded and service oriented
5. Must have high moral and ethical standards
6. Ability to negotiate pricing while necessary quality standards are maintained
7. Command of China GAAP and good knowledge of
8. Good English speaking and writing skills
9. Strong MC Excel skills and ERP experience
